1. Introduction: These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of Voyager Education’s website and all associated services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of these Terms.

3. Service Description: The Service provides access to online educational content, resources, and tools for use in connection with Voyager Education’s educational programs. The Service may include, without limitation, educational videos, audio recordings, text materials, and other digital content.

4. User Content: The Service may allow you to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to text, photographs, videos, and audio (“User Content”). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you make available through the Service.

Proprietary Rights: The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Voyager Education, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. These Terms permit you to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You hereby acknowledge that any unauthorized use may violate such laws.

6. User Conduct: You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Service). You also agree not to post any inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content on the Service.

Limitation of Liability: In no event will Voyager Education, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not Voyager Education has been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

9. Changes to Terms: Voyager Education reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law: These Terms and your use of the Service will be governed under the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
