Instructors Policy and Guidelines

The Instructors Policy and Guidelines (“Policy”) aims to provide Instructors with a framework for creating a safe and effective learning environment for our students. This Policy is designed to ensure that Instructors are aware of their legal obligations, ethical responsibilities, and best practices for delivering science education.

As an instructor for courses offered by Voyager Education Limited (the “Company”), I understand and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

  1. I shall keep all information related to the courses — including but not limited to teaching materials, course materials and content, journals, marketing materials, and equipment information — confidential and shall not use such information for any purpose other than in connection with my services to the Company.

  2. I shall grant to the Company unrestricted permission to record during the time I provide services and to use my likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any photos, video recordings, webcasts, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made on behalf of the Company.

  3. The safety of students is of paramount importance in science courses. Instructors must be vigilant in ensuring that students are provided with a safe learning environment. This includes ensuring that all equipment is in good working order, that students are wearing appropriate protective equipment, and that all experiments are conducted in accordance with established safety procedures. Instructors are expected to prioritize the safety of their students at all times. This includes ensuring that all students understand safety procedures and protocols for laboratory experiments, and providing appropriate safety equipment and materials for experiments.

  4. I shall maintain high standards of professionalism and academic rigor in order to provide a high-quality learning experience for students. Instructors are expected to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct at all times. This includes maintaining appropriate boundaries with students, treating all students with respect and dignity, and avoiding any behavior that may be perceived as discriminatory or harassing.
